   No organisation can be best at everything. We partner with external providers and build ourselves where it creates real improvement compared with the industry standard.

   We are transparent about every fee, commission, kickback, and other economic benefit we receive. Our pooled structure creates better access and terms, and we pass those benefits on to our members.
